Mangrove Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople and promoting and encouraging strategies to sell units and other vehicles. While performing typical manager duties, such as organizing schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals for the Dealership, the Sales Manager at Mangrove is also required to participate in sales of their own while still helping close deals when Sales Representatives need a hand. This position is for an organized and driven leader who can run a team well and is sufficient in multitasking and handling stress. 

At Mangrove, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes but is not limited to answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, updating inventory on website, filing titles/paperwork, replying to emails, copying, binding, scanning, shipping out documents at the post office/running errands etc.

Pick up/Drop off units, verify load for accuracy, and transport them as instructed. Load and unload units. Must be confident in negotiation strategies and comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes at all times - including verifying titles/paperwork for accuracy.

Mangrove Sales Representatives are responsible for posting and selling in stock inventory. Their duties include (but are not limited to) meeting with customers to discuss their needs, promoting sales offers at their dealership, as well as online and participating in test drives with interested customers.

At Mangrove, Service Technicians are required to install equipment on-site, manage the routine maintenance of equipment and infrastructure, and ensure they're working efficiently and properly. Service technicians are also required to perform repairs on faulty equipment and coordinate with all other teams in the Dealership as well as the customer who's unit is being serviced.

At Mangrove, Detailers are responsible for cleaning units and vehicles according to company standards and specifications, which may include performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
